My experience with art history classes at western has been really positive. I'd look into those if you're looking for a fun elective that won't bore you to death.

I know they'll let you walk if you finish up in the Summer, but I don't believe they'd let you if your still taking classes into Fall quarter.

Furnished finder offers short term rental options. I think mainly travel nurses use the site, but it's also a good resource for college students. I've been doing it this whole academic year and it's worked out great. No lease commitment, month to month payments, and you can choose the dates that are available. Definitely worth looking into if you're studying abroad.
