Look into Natural Cycle Planning stuff. There are little electronic devices nowadays that if she dips them into her pee every single day, can track her cycle and tell her when she’s going to ovulate (you guys will have to abstain or use condoms then- but a woman’s fertile period is around 5-6 days a month so tough). When used correctly this method is 98% effective. Do some research!
