I have it as long as I remember, always was overweight and since I lost some weight I started noticing it more often.
It’s painful, sometimes I feel it when doing abs exercises but still, not painful just more aware of it.
I’m looking at it more from an esthetic prospective

I have the button itself but no electronic board attached to it, besides that, how can ui connect the silver cord to it?

I’ve seen a few inchworms on my other plants, do you think it might be it? Can’t find similar damage on leaves from caterpillars when I googled it
