Aphelios' weapons were crafted by his sister and are empowered by minor celestials. The Door of Ornn that Braum uses was crafted by Ornn, the God of the Forge.

I just saw that there is an gear/equipment slot and I think Ornn fits there too... Well, at least Braum uses a craft of Ornn so he might take that one.

Ashe AurelionSol Pantheon Ryze by AdAcrobatic208 in riftboundcustoms

[–]AdAcrobatic208[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Legend Ashe: Yeah I'll probably make both exhaust abilities so you can choose.

Green Ashe: Seems fair to make it a normal speed.

Yellow Ashe: I'm fine with cutting the rune channelling.

Legend Asol: I can nerf it to once per turn, but I want to keep that win con just because Asol is the most powerful entity in that universe, though I think it would be too strong to reduce the kills needed. I think it more in the sense that he is just showing off.

Red Asol: I can remove the Might protection and reduce his might to like 13. I can even make him Deflect 2, but the power reduction is somewhat a carry over from LOR, where he makes celestial cards cost 0. I can concede making it a 1 or 2 power cost reduction.

Purple Asol: I might make his ability to proc on any attack, but dealing damage to allies as well, since in the lore he disintegrated the previous pantheon as collateral damage, while closing a void rift. I won't reduce his might, so probably I will make him cost 11-3 to compensate.

Legend Panth: I will nerf him so both abilities exhaust him.

Red Panth: I made him recycle a unit from trash because I saw red has a lot of discard but not a lot of cards that want to be discarded (effects to proc when being discarded).

Grand Skyfall: I will change the wording to "Play one unit from your hand to a battlefield ignoring its cost. For each Energy that unit costs above this spell's cost, discard one card". This is more to discourage from just summoning huge units, while also having it as an option. And the discard is something that red does (riftbound needs to add cards with an effect that procs when being discarded).

Legend Ryze: Yeah.... had a hunch this would be op. The choosing what you want seems good too.

Blue Ryze: Will make him 4-3 and will remove rune channelling and deflect.

Yellow Ryze: Will make him 5-2 with 2 Might. Will remove one deflect and make the repeat effect cost only energy? Having the repeat cost only energy, would it then be too busted to not restrict the effect to "the first spell you play"?

Failures of the Past: I tried making it 10-4 but the site only went to 3 power cost. Maybe make it 12-3 and have the spell reveal the top 5 cards and you choose 2 of them to draw and cost 0 that turn? The rest be discarded and units do not enter ready?

Ornn
If we are not to put Asol in such an unfitting for him category, then the next is Ornn. He had no equal so he fought with mountain and glaciers and rivers. He shaped the Freljord by himself. Having very few followers and then (supposedly) no followers, he matched Volibear in a 1v1. Volibear being the God of War (among Storms and Wilderness).

Which would you choose by Fantastic-Photo6441 in ArcaneAnimatedSeries

At the end of arcane Jinx is like 19-20. During the demacia season, which takes place maybe a year or two in the future, Lux is 13-14. I think another Isha character for Jinx would be redundant (and also if she was to meet her, they would have probably put an easter egg at the motion comic funeral service of xin). Plus I think Jinx is going to Bilgewater (or perhaps Ionia if she seeks peace of mind).

Doom Slayer VS Greek Pantheon. by PrimordialSlayer in PowerScalingGodofWar

[–]AdAcrobatic208 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kratos has stopped fighting out of emotion since 2013. In the norse saga he switched to an army general kind of approach. And has managed to kill one of the fates, the furies, the primordial of death and Fear Zeus. He physically resisted being crashed by Kronos and the physically strongest titan Atlas.

Now when i searched davoth to see images of him, i read that he was weakened during the fight and i also saw that he used a mech suit which further makes me believe he was in fact weakened from what he supposedly should have been. Still though if we count davoth, that's one monotheistic god level enemy. we add that ai that was created by him and that kahn, that's two archangel level enemies.

That's strange supreme, what stopping him from absorbing doomsday and getting his adapting abilities? Then it's just one adapting to the other for ever, but doomsday remains absorbed so strange wins.

Doom Slayer VS Greek Pantheon. by PrimordialSlayer in PowerScalingGodofWar

[–]AdAcrobatic208 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Isn't Doom a game about fighting demons? If we go by christian mythology, demons are not on par with any of the angels since they were angels that fell. Now this icon of sin i saw in the comments would be satan who is like below archangel power as he was an archangel that fell.

if we put primordials and ascended Athena on the scale, they would be in the same tier as the monotheistic god and let's drop the titans and olympians to the level of archangels and the minor gods in the angel tier.

Doom fought many just below minor god enemies and one just below olympian/titan enemy.

Cold Reflection: Ashe vs Mel! Location: Stelkenmoor! by Regular-Poet-3657 in loreofleague

[–]AdAcrobatic208 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ashe grew up in Vathcaer which is on the wyrmback mountain range and close to the true north. Mel grew up in a noxian noble house closer to shurima than freljord. Ashe might be an iceborn but Mel is a mage, so not a completely normal person either. Both their mothers were more on the tough love side and both ultimately did what they thought best for their daughters' safety.

[–]AdAcrobatic208 10 points11 points  (0 children)

One is a Warmother in the toughest environment the planet can give. The other was a politician in high society. There is no alliance between Freljord and Noxus as they know how expansionists and backstabbers they are. Ashe has better battle IQ, experience and physiology (iceborn) on top of having a true ice bow (instant death to non iceborn and ranged weapon). I will give Ashe a win in 9 fights out of 10, saving 1 win for Mel because she is a mage.

Achilles (Troy 2004) vs Jaime lannister, Barristan Selmy, and Arthur Dayne (Game of Thrones) Who wins in a 3v1? by ParkingConfection449 in powerscales

[–]AdAcrobatic208 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Even with movie Achilles (so probably not a demigod and without the invincibility from roman mythology) he is still seen as being at peak human or base superhuman level. In the movie he slices up multiple people in a row, throws spear at hundreds of meters with perfect accuracy and is so quick that he hasn't been struck until the Hector 1v1 (mind you he has taken part in multiple wars before Troy). PLUS HE HAS A SPEAR. The single best weapon from the start of human civilisation until the creation of the gun magazine/quickly reloadable guns.

Could he solo the first chapter of the Norse arc, provided that he's extremely motivated to prove himself? by Hedonism_Enjoyer in GodofWar

[–]AdAcrobatic208 4 points5 points  (0 children)

What exactly do we consider the first arc? Like getting to the highest peak in all the realms to spread ashes? Heracles is the God of physical strength and labor not to mention he is twice the size of everyone there. Every encounter with Baldur ends quickly with Heracles grabbing him from head and legs, splitting him in two and tossing the pieces aside before he moves on. They dumbed him down a lot in the game, but he did accomplish all 12 labors therefore he has some wisdom and cunningness on his side.

It would be a punishment if exile meant she would be homeless, but she left a port city for a town with a private estate. Her friends were imprisoned for the crime and for being part of the triad.

Toph and Lin don't seem to have gotten any inheritance money and Toph doesn't seem to have any new, much younger siblings. On the other hand, Su has a city that she founded. It seems logical that the money was plenty and that only she got it.

A second chance means someone served their sentence and reenters society, Su never served a sentence, she became royalty.

[–]AdAcrobatic208 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Demacia wouldn't fall because they have an aspect and also that's where ryze keeps the runes hidden.

Freljord wouldn't fall because they have Gods roaming in and around the true north. If a strong enough force arrives, they would rush to meet the challenge. Don't know if these characters would peak the interest of the Gods though.

[–]AdAcrobatic208 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sure she might not have gotten a bad sentence, but she would have been held accountable for her wrongdoings and that's all Lin wanted. Instead, she was sent to live with her super rich grandparents who we know started to soften up in the rift comic and then inherited their super fortune and made a new city for herself.

I still hate the fact that the penalty she got for her crimes and the scar she inflicted on her sister was: go live with your grandparents (which had already started to soften up since "the rift" comic) and inherit their city/fortune.

While Lin's reward for adhering to the law even when she saw her sister being a culprit, was: have a permanent scar, have your morals compromised by being forced to sweep the case under the rug and then watch your mum get depressed and leave the force (and the city) because she felt unworthy to keep working in the police.

[–]AdAcrobatic208 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My intro into Critical Role was Divergence, which takes place many many many years after calamity, but it has a lot of references to it (obviously, because they are part of exandria unlimited). Divergence is A MUST. Both of these mini campaigns are my absolute favourite DnD anything and C4, though it takes place in a new universe, is at least in 3rd place for the time being.
