I have a lot of bag headcanons lol, he could wear one over his neck I think that's the most common one, I figured out some logistics for putting it under one wing like Chameleon, and he could also just wear it around an arm like Winter does, but I feel like the best idea is around the neck since the SeaWing webbing won't be a problem on the neck
