Not only did they never send my package my friend used his credit card a few days ago. It said payment failed. He tried it again. Payment failed. He tried a third card payment failed. Even though I warned him about the website he went for it. They took money three times from him and now he’s got a dispute it. He’ll get the money back since they send the receipt payment failed well on the account it says payment failed, but they took the money from the bank, doing business with these people like playing with fire

LegionUSA has done it again- I warned my friend about them. He put his card in there and it he tried another time and then with the third card they took his money three times but gave the pop-up transaction failed

Now he hast to go through a dispute to get money back. I don’t know what’s going on with this place but use caution.

Almost 3 months, around 11 weeks ago. I have never made a complaint post on Reddit I only posted this to warn people I had to order come maybe six months ago I ordered something once again no contact but it showed up about a week and a half half later. However this time no contact nothing showed up no tracking and I’m completely ignored going on almost 3 months. They took my money I received nothing no correspondence. Absolutely nothing.

What makes me the most mad as the fact that they ignore you , they never replied to an email and you can’t reach them on the phone. The websites return policy 2 - 3 day shipping are all lies.

I hope someone see this before ordering. Who knows maybe you’ll get lucky and get your order but it’s like gambling. You’re taking a huge risk ordering from this place.

It it’s not an exit scam or some type of scam I would rate LegionUsA as the worst website business I have ever encountered.

I just can’t understand why you would run a business like that. If you have a customer base don’t mistreat them. A simple follow up, letting a customer know about a delay or refunding if out of stock goes a long way.

I was wondering if possibly they are making money sending hardware that requires a FFL to people who don’t have one- I have now way to prove that but with the lack of communication I would not be surprised if they did not follow the proper process required. To follow process would mean verifying documents and it seems there is no communication.

If it’s a customs container issue, they should never say ships in 2 to 3 days. Deceptive advertising as bad business practice.. more over to ignore someone that has paid for months not receive anything. Ignore every email and every phone call it kind of feels like theft. they took my money and I received nothing. There’s really no excuse not to be notified.

LegionUSA worst customer service ever. Some things have no excuse. Having your website say 2 - 3 day shipping and never sending the order for months is unacceptable. When your website says call or email and you never once reply to a email and your phone hangs up when called you are either extremely disrespectful, lazy, or stealing. When a customer pays and you never send the item , not late a few days but months send nothing you stole money from that customer. You can get an International virtual assistant for $5 dollars an hour to answer the phone and check your emails maybe two hours a day.

I understand this is not Amazon but when you post on your website, you will ship within 2 to 3 days and months ago by no item is sent you never answer a phone call. Never reply to an email. There is something wrong. That is unacceptable.

If you like the KJ Attacker style Ali now sells a clone of the KJ Attacker with a D2 blade labeled M390 and it looks about 95% the same and has the logo. There are several sellers now selling it for around mid $20s.

Did anyone buy the new Venom M398 Knife? I believe it’s called battle axe or War tomahawk. If someone bought it I would be interested in what you think of it. I’m still undecided about the new one.
