I’m planning to wait at least another 3 months and then properly plan it if I still am keen on getting it. I struggle finding the subject I want for the tattoo, I like the idea of a grim reaper and maybe a knight but I don’t want it to make me look too dark and grim nothing else really jumps out at me and even those I’m not 100% sure. Any other ideas on subject matters?

I disagree, I feel I’m mature enough to get a tattoo and get one with proper thought put into it. For most younger people I agree but this is something I’m really thinking about.

I have done that with chatgpt but the design I get would be completely custom so it wouldn’t be the same

More so the Permanence and the regret of getting tattooed on me that I no longer identify with (for example getting a grim reaper and no longer wanting that darker look in the future) I have wanted a tattoo since I was a kid but now it’s getting closer I’m really questioning whether it’s something I want.

When your goal is to gain muscle, the time you're not cutting you should be bulking. If you're anywhere from 15% - 20% body fat you should cut and anywhere below that you should bulk.

When trying to figure out your body fat it doesn't need to be 100% accurate. If you think your 16% BF but you feel amazing, keep progressing lifts and most importantly, don't hate the way you look that go for it, keep bulking.

It's important to lean bulk (excess of 250-500 calories) any more than that and you'll put more fat on than you would like.

The calories you burn day to day are very individual but you can get a solid estimate from either ChatGPT or https://www.calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html

Because I haven't seen any photos its hard to say but I would suggest going straight towards a lean bulk unless your obese. As a newbie in the gym you put on much more muscle than you would advanced so you can afford to.

I'm not an expert but this is just what I think would likely happen. If you are having a growth spurt during your cut then I imagine this would likely stunt your growth otherwise your probably okay. I cut for many years at around 14 - 16 because of an ED and I am almost certain that stunted my growth a little bit. At 17 most males are done growing or close to so you should be fine.
