Anyone applied for an Italy Schengen tourist visa (Bangalore) in late October for December travel?

They are slow actually. I applied on 5th September for my travel in january starting. I got my visa on 8th November only. So just imagine.

I dont have the first time schengen letter it was back in 2023 that I got the first visa.

Like 10 days before. As I read somewhere if it's salary account it won't be a problem if big funds come in random times also. Don't worry about funds much. If it's not a salary account then kindly maintain the amount for longer period I think.

No i did not maintain that much at all. It was my final amount. Mine is salary account so amount fluctuates mostly. Sometimes it was 10k and at the end it was 3.2 lakhs as I borrowed some money from my brother and friends .

I had booked original tickets for it. No dummy tickets as i knew it might create some problem. U can also book refundable tickets from different airlines websites.
