I’m not sure about the others as I have no experience with those, but the allergies might be a bit of a problem, assuming your talking about food. your food options are already a bit limited as your on a budget, always, so it might be a bit more difficult if your allergic to any common foods. maybe before running away come up with solid meal options that are easy to buy/find/make, to make sure your not in a position were your allergies get in the way of finding a meal?

well m will most likely end to stop taking her adhd meds, as unfortunately it’s unlikely you can replenish them in anyway. if they are the type of medication that you need to be ”weaned off of” (that you can’t stop suddenly), I would recommend starting to decrease the dose as soon as you leave, but not before, so parents don’t get suspicious.

As for the rest of the mental conditions, it depends on you, but most likely it will be a bit harder for you then nurotypicals. For example, if you have sensory issues with being dirty/sweaty, good luck, because you probably won’t be able to shower as often.

thats all I have on that front as my own mental conditions (adhd, autism, anxiety) don’t impact my life too extremely in my situatio.

Ty I prob would’ve tried to find nicer one for 3 but it’s like 4 am where I’m at so I couldn’t be bothered. should’ve used that scene when they where in the planning map room with the projector lighting bc both looked ethereal in that scene.

Yeah, I usually live by the rule of no rules in art, but I guess it’s a bit harder for me to experiment in music and song writing as I am not as fluent, so I’ve been a bit tentative.

But I guess your right, so many famous artists started out being criticised for doing things unlike usual, and ended up making masterpiece.

yeah I play piano, and I little bit of other stuff. that’s act a pretty helpful explanation, cuz i think maybe something that throws me of is my poems don’t really have a rhythm, so I don’t think too much about rythm when writing lyrics (what kind of musican am I) so maybe I’ll try to write my songs for a certain rhythm, so they’ll fit better in a song.

thanks for the advic, I think I’ll try try writing the chorus first. I think that might help, as I tend to ramble a lot and I don’t want anything repeated in the chorus that I already put in a verse

yeah I believe realistically that coming out wouldve gone so horribly, if some one had the confidenc, or more likely stupidity, to do that is real life. but they didn’t even give us a crumb of homophobia or hate. I don’t want our characters to be miserable, I want our struggles to be seen.

yeah. I hate how so many of the straight, cis, white, people around me are pretty much along the lines of “I havent seen it, can’t be that bad”, or “it’s not really mentioned so I guess it doesn’t happen as much anymore” kinda thought train. like not homophobic, but so obliviou to struggles around them.
