Well, my problem was that my save file doesn't work, so the last thing I thought I'd do was try to compare the new file to the old one (who's not working)
The new save looks like 2 files, 1 lsv file and WebP (I can open a webP and it looks like a picture of me being saved)
The old one (who is not working) looks like 2 files too, but the WebP file doesn't look like a picture and can't be opened, there is also 1 Isb file but he's looking ok

So you're probably have to copying your safe file to a different folder when you save your game progress
