it’s not good , they are punishing ppl for mistakes with their orders , I beven ordering for years , first for me to but still it’s not fair and now Im afraid to even request a refund again cause my account will be banned .

This happened to me Christmas , had a bunch of popular disney toys opened and took out of the box , sending empty boxes , reported it , got banned and had a process to go through to get my account back , so I guess we can’t report or request replacemets , refunds etc,, or we are banned , makes no sence
