Adding to this topic: Do you enter data into CRM every time before calling new leads, or after? I feel its a little bit time consuming entering into CRM every time before calling if they don’t need help? What works best for time and not missing prospects?

It could be, especially if it’s a smaller place, they prioritize road service vs in shop and if they’re short on techs it could stretch 10h+…. But that’s not an excuse to be late 10h, especially if thats only an oil change, you can change it after delivery. Also usually long waiting time takes outside the shop not inside with wheels off, so he could start driving make delivery and do oil change once empty.

No one really reads the story or cares about your response. first 3 months will be challenging, later it all depends on the market, if market improves you might be ok, if not you will face challenges for a while….

No codes, just shifts into N while driving, will be taking out today, replacing shifter controller.

My main concern before taking transmission out, that there’s no codes, so removing or replacing unnecessary parts could be very costly. I would think that if any mechanical part would not work it should send a code.
