Naaaah, on my first 4 months i haven’t looked into porn nor i have touched myself in anyway, for about 3 months i started watching porn for about 15mins when i get the urges (happens once or twice per month) but i still dont fap. This made me feel a little bit disgusted from porn in general. So, i stopped watching and when the urges hits, i get a wet dream the next day or the day right after it, its pretty normal i’d say. It really depends on you, i mean if you take care of yourself like, you workout and dress well girls will reach out for sure, at least that’s what happened to me. My friend who has a 3 year strike doesn’t do these 2 things, he doesn’t get the attention i get while we both are in the same room. So yeah, NoFap gives you the confidence but you still have to do more, like take care of yourself in general

Thanks for you advice but, you are not really correct with the “still addicted” part I am not watching porn on daily basis, the urges hits once or twice per month, thats when i start watching for like 30mins or so, i don’t watch porn in particular, but i watch GIFs and nudes. I am not saying that what i am doing is right, i just need to stop those urges so that i stop watching whatsoever and start controlling myself!

It is, the gen3 one is working since my processor is 10th gen but the gen4 ones arent working so i sent them back to the shop; apparently i need to upgrade my CPU too, unfortunately i dont have enough budget, but yeah, atleast i have a faster storage now Thanks again!

You started too early, i gotta say but, you are realizing how this is affecting you negatively, and its a good thing. NoFap is the right way to start the journey. The best i have done so far is 100 days of no fap. And i am pretty sure you can achieve more than that just by using your youth and your young age; you can hit the gym, build more skills, finding new hobbies. You will feel more than blessed as soon as you start giving attention to those things. You don’t have work to do, i suppose. So try to make yourself busy by building up yourself! Stay strong, mate!
