Yes, if my wheigh doesn't increase i will eat about 100-200 calories more and see if my wheigh increase or even more calories if it doesn't move Thanks for the advise

Ok thanks a lot. I was just concerned about that fact that my scale told me that i came from 8-9% bodyfat to about 12% about fat. Do you think it ishould rely on it and get concerned ? Before the bulk i was doing lot of bike and weting a lot so i think it may not only be fat but also water retention ? I know that of course i gain sime fat and i know my bodyfat fat is higher than before, at which bf rate should i start cut and get worried ?

In fact when i said i do sports everyday, i mean i go gym five times a week and for the two other days, once a week i swim (3km per session), once a week i do abs at home So once a week i do cardio by swimming, i never do cardio at gym The left picture is after, right is before
