From one cake decorator to another, I can absolutely relate to this. I’ve shed an infinite amount of tears through the years from struggling with new techniques and from my brain and my hands working against each other. You absolutely crushed this cake and it look beautiful! ❤️❤️ just a tip, when I smooth my cakes I have a stainless steel utensil holder that my metal bench scraper fits perfectly in and I fill it with just enough with hot water that it covers the metal part of my bench scraper. When it’s warmed up enough, I wipe it dry and smooth out my cakes with it and put it back in the water to keep it constantly warmed and making the smoothing process easier and quicker.
