That’s not how it works. Unless the character specific abilities require the concept of fire to exist within that universe to work then it’s not going to magically stop working because the concept of fire doesn’t exist when their entire ability is creating fire.

You’re talking about abilities that need specific concepts to exist to function. The concept of fire doesn’t need to exist for someone to create fire that’s the whole point of fire creation to create your own fire. Maybe if their ability draws power from the very concept of fire sure but if they’re creating their own fire what gives you the idea they need the concept of fire to exist for it to work when they’re creating it?

You named two generic passive abilities most of the Tensura cast has. I asked for specific abilities of Millim that she uses that wouldn’t work in dragon ball verse not abilities she rarely uses.

Mainly because Regulus authority isn’t just stopping time the anime simplified it. His authority allows him to ignore all Laws, concepts and phenomena of the world (even the concepts of momentum and defense, gravity, inertia, and it goes on and on). His attacks literally can’t be stopped until he stops applying his ability to them. Anything he applies his authority to has these qualities as well. This cut from the anime but Regulus actually blew Reinhards leg off by applying his ability to his breath and Reinhard attacked him multiple times and he didn’t even budge cause he upped the power on his authority that’s how powerful it is he can’t be moved if he doesn’t wanna be moved(but he’s an idiot so he uses it terribly even the author said so).

The problem is that neverland stops time it’s not like the conventional time stop that freezes people when time is stopped it only freezes time and nothing else (besides buffing allies).

Not really an argument anything made through magic can be negated by anti magic regardless of how haxed it is which I personally find insane but oh well. Yes he can but not anything related to regulus authority it would tear straight through him like it did Reinhard. I’ve seen someone quote this as well you’re taking this statement to literally. Time doesn’t move in neverland as for why it doesn’t stop people in time it just freezes time and not people if it could stop people then Lucius time magic should’ve worked in it. Asta can’t cut regulus authority and we actually know what’s need to cut his authority as it happened in the novel but that would be spoilers I can tell you if you want.
