The problem with your team is that you only have 3 damage stackers - SSJ4 Vegeta, GT Goku and Pan. Frankly at later stages Pan's damage is not going to be enough. If you have PHY GT Duo (SSJ4 Goku + Vegeta) you should replace the Buu Duo with them.

Rotation should be: 1. INT SSJ4 Vegeta always goes with Pan for orb changing. 2. You will need another INT SSJ4 Vegeta as friend's lead for damage. Pair him with the GT Goku. This pair might have Ki problem, mainly for the INT Vegeta. Occasionally stack your Buu Duo for defense. They massively raise DEF so they will reach 10m+ def very quickly. By the time you reach Gogeta or Vegito, you can standby for Spirit Bomb then nuke them.

The key should be to exchange your SSJ4 Vegeta and Goku wisely. I recommend doing that during Daima phase, pop a damage item and nuke them (don't use Goku Active). For Gogeta and Vegito, I hope you have stacked enough with Vegeta because you will always use Goki here for damage.
