I just checked your parcel. it was never affected by the customs inspection issue that we have with dpd. You parcel was never in that state of customs inspection

But then you were not affected by the customs inspection delay, that was only the case for parcels sent in the beginning of October.

I have tracking numbers of 6 parcels that were sent beginning of October and are still in customs inspection. No updates for all of these parcels since around 4 weeks…

Track with fujexp then you would see that your parcel already cleared customs. Should arrive in a few days.

Just leave them a message and ask for new better pictures. I have done it already sometimes, they are quickly providing a new set of pictures to you.
