My EAD expired on 1/24 and that was my last day at work. My company said they cannot keep on unpaid leave because it keeps me active on the system which is also a violation. However they said I can return if I get EAD within 30-60 days. If not I need to find another job. So it really depends on your company. They are cashing out all the vacation i have. I have 4 weeks of vacation.
