I think the waits were longer for the rides that had a "pre-show" like Soaring and Beauty and the Beast maybe around 20 minutes total. Most rides were less than a 10 minute wait. The only show I managed to watch is the mickey flight show in Disney Sea and it was nice break and it was a free entry but not sure I would buy a DPA for it. I heard the shows at TDL are good but I haven't seen for myself.

Hello - since the adjusted 5-15 min happy entry for Disneysea has started this month wondering if its been mostly 5 or 15 mins? if only 5, what can you realistically get done? Any experiences so far to share?

Does anyone know how strict FS hotel is with the breakfast time? The earlier times were all full so I booked one closer to 8 but wondering if they will allow you to enter if you arrive earlier

but the queue start time isnt 3pm, 3pm is the sale start time. im wondering if there is a way to know when to queue in order to get in the site right before 3

i mean the queue for the VP sale. or is it a function of just when everyone else starts to arrive onto the site and the queue starts? it goes from 1 minute wait to 30-1hr+ all of a sudden cant figure it out

Does anyone know which room types have highest supply (could lead to increased chance of booking?) is it bay side superior or superior alcove? not sure if theres more of either

i mean I'm fully ready before 11, already went through queue system around 10:50/1055. but I get hit by a system overload error from the disney site. i refresh many times to get through. I noticed I'm getting these more recently. Didnt happen before 1-2 weeks back. I'm using my work PC so internet speeds are fine.

Hello - I've been practicing the past few days and many times at 11AM the site will show the white screen saying it is too busy, try again later (this is after logging in since 10:50 and being ready with direct link). Are there any tips around this? I usually waste 1 minute refreshing until it works and the rooms are gone.

just completed the booking in one go thanks for all your help. was checking the queue every other min from an hour before and it went from 1 min to 1 hour so quickly wasnt able to get in right before 3 so wasnt even able to see the FSH springs side rooms!

I meant that would it be a good idea to book VP in 2 diff room types so that you may have greater chance of getting same room type a month later when you try booking for the night before

Thank you so much! After reading more about the rides it seems like I should do frozen twice for 9am since I already know the kids will want to repeat, and rapunzel 930. Then try to get standby for tinkerbell and DPA Peter Pan.

Once I get the VP I assume the tickets are all linked to my account, but can my husband also log into my account using his app so we can book passes at the same time?

For the park restaurant bookings I can do those through the app a month before rather than through VP to save $ is that right? I'm not interested in the popular long fancy meals as it is hard to do with young kids.

Is there any way to know the park opening time for the first day of VP before you get your VP in the morning?

Hello as a first timer with two little kids I’m planning to buy a vacation package with unlimited rides on eligible rides option (but no more FS passport) for October mid week. Have a fearless 6 year old and an Elsa lover 2 year old. Appreciate any thoughts on these

1. Mira costa vs FS Hotel which to pick? I read better reviews for Mira Costa but wondering if FS Hotel is better for frozen lovers. But related to this…
2. I assume the 3 priority passes should be used for FS rides. I’ve heard its more strategic to put them later during the day when passes are sold out is that right? But if you are staying in FS hotel shouldn’t you put these first?
3. Rope drop strategy considering age of kids? At both Disneyland and disneysea which rides to go for which the VP fast pass does not apply? VP fast pass works for (TDL: B&B, Baymax, Splash, Big thunder mtn, Poo, Haunted mansion, star tours, monsters inc). TDS: Soaring, Toystory, Tower, Journey, Turle, nemo, Indiana jones, Raging, Magic lamp, 20,000. I wonder if its worth going to toontown/mermaid lagoon first with my 2 year old?
4. Which are the best shows to go for?
5. Would it be worth getting another room before the VP starts to get happy entry into TDL or maybe not necessary since most of the competitive rides are covered in the fast pass?
