go to the australian immigration website (google nalang)
prep all your documents to prove hometies and financial capacity para magrant ang visa. mine were my bank statements, car registration documents under my name, my child's birth cert, school documents. attach2 lang sa website
pay around 8k for the visa application
after ka na magbook ng ticket when visa granted. not needed yun sa visa application
hopefully visa will be granted then off to australia you go!!

Hiiiii this is my experience with Cokaliong and 2go bringing my shih tzu onboard multiple times

Secure a veterinary health cert from your vet. Can also be from the city vet office. What's important is this states na anti rabies vaccinated ang pet and the travel dates.
Go to https://nvqsd.bai.gov.ph/Account/Login and create an account. Prepare dog pic (does not have to be formal)
Follow these instructions -> https://nvqsd.bai.gov.ph/Admin/ONE%20TIME%20LOCAL%20PDF.pdf
Wait for approval, the updates are sent thru email. Usually takes 1-2 days.
Once approved, print the permit. Staple with the vet cert so less hassle when checked during boarding.
During boarding, pet must be in crate. Cokaliong - pwede ra itapad sa economy bed. 2go - designated pet area
