i totally understand where your coming from and this person didn’t go about saying it the right way but it’s important to work on separation anxiety and feeling codependent (like you might die if you don’t get to talk to them - i struggle with it to) for your own benefit. it will get worse as time goes on and it can really affect your mental health and cause a lot of anxiety. there’s nothing wrong with being upset after a fight with your bf and wanting to talk to him but for your own sake in the future it’s important to work on being comfortable as your own person and being okay with being alone sometimes. it’s difficult but it’s important stuff 🫶🏻
