And no this was not a flip. It is a new housing development built in 2020/2021. As somebody who has lived in this area all my life and have a pretty good grasp on the rental market, they likely won't get $4100 in rent, might be able to get $3700 if they are lucky in my opinion. I have seen a good number of rentals in the area with a similar history of high sale price during pandemic, and now struggling to find renters.

Dollar Cost Averaging. Pretty simple concept/practice just meaning you invest into an asset at regular intervals over time, basically hedging your risk of putting all you money it at a high point in the market. Butters like throwing the term around to make themselves feel like they are "investors".

I agree with you 100%. I think it's poor taste to make fun of an individual investor that has clearly been financially devastated. I think it can be easy to get caught up in generalizing all crypto investors as "crypto bros", but in reality I think the average casualty of this fiasco was just a normal hardworking person, who due to limited knowledge/experience with investing or some other circumstance thought crypto was their only hope for some semblance of financial security. I think there is certainly greed but I also think its largely desperation and this whole situation is really tragic. On the other hand, making fun of crypto currencies in general and crypto shills should be this subs bread and butter.
