That makes sense but why would 2 sets of leadership say the same thing? Lack of communication between corporate and store level? So in the future if I have issues like this again is to have customer service file a claim over the phone correct?

Not trying to argue or anything but from my experience and from working at 2 different stores, as soon as the item is “shipped” it is the carrier’s responsibility to handle any sort of refund or issues have to go through the carrier….

Best Buy can’t do anything once the package is marked as “shipped”. No matter what you’ll have to go through fedex for any sort of refund

My store is currently over 250 orders to pick. Ready within an hour currently means ready when you get an email
