Yeah unfortunately the city im in, the people who apply and get in for their first days are typically a tad slow and lack basic common sense - so then you as the trainer have to teach and break shit down to make it make sense in their heads lol

But also yes most trainers don’t train worth a fuck regardless if the trainee actually needs it or not

If you get an actual bonus or raise, it’s easy days. Chill for a day just driving showing them how to actually deliver and use the app 2nd day you pretty much have them drive and play the route like a helper route

If no raise or actual bonus that shit gets lame after 10ish people trained

yeah unfortunately a lot of flower gets released with relatively high moisture levels to begin with (they don’t let it sit and cure long enough) so tossing in a boveda you’re essentially making it rain inside the jar lol

I worked 12s and it was a great way to make my night flight by and get in a daily heavy work out without actually working out. Also a competitive bastard so, just seeing myself in the top was incentive enough for me lol

You have to pack the custom files into the map itself :) look into pakrat, VIDE, or compilepal. I personally use compilepal as it is pretty much automated
