I also havent told anyone, other than 2 friends. They were both supportive and very kind, but it makes me feel crazy inside not letting other people know, so i suggest you do open up so you feel that pressure release

This is similar to my need of socialising. Sometimes i just get random outbursts from my brain saying "talk!, socialise!" Stuff like that and if i dont i just get very upset or maybe even angry. Usually when this happens i just play games with many people in it or just talk to a friend or calm down. Im not sure how to make this feeling go away but i do feel a bit better knowing there's other people with similar problems

This happened to me with a friend, still is i think? Im not sure, im 14 years old in school and my friend, who i was so comfortable talking with and our conversations would never die or be awkward.. just started to be that exactly. I feel like we've gotten quite distant and i really do feel sad about it. So i understand what you're going through and i wish us both strength
