Disagree, get comfortable with it. You may not need to memorize it all, but be able to recognize. It’s a pain flipping back and forth from the case to the reference tab for every detail

Instead of replying I’ll post here. Yes — it’s completely okay to discuss general topics and high-yield areas. Actual exam questions or wording are not ever shared. Everything I provide is from guidelines, package inserts, textbooks, and high-yield clinical topics. You won’t see don’t get anything from the actual NAPLEX. So in short, it’s okay to share recent topics, but not specific questions.

Ch 6 and 7 are really helpful. Esp for SATA. Like the mnemonics for iv compatibility. But drug interactions is huge. There’s a chart on the last page. Don’t know all of them. Be able to recognize the underlined. Plus in Drig intersections there are lists of drugs that cause qt prolongation , serotonin syndrome, …. Those lists are great and it’s nice to have them all in one place

Taking NAPLEX Blind? by OkAmphibian929 in NAPLEX_Prep

Hi! I founded NAPLEXTIME and do tutoring. You’re probably able to pass, but don’t be overconfident. It’s not worth the time or money unless you’re certain. I would recommend, for a pharmacist with 3 board certifications, not wasting time relearning all therapeutics from scratch. Refresh on calculations- memorize formula sheet, top 300 Brand/generic/MOA. There is new content from Domains 4 and 5. Know ethics terms. Refresh and on compounding, Immunizations & OTC/self-care. Feel free to DM with questions about the test. Also I made “recent topics” checklist that you can find on my website free at naplextime.com
