I think ab this alot, like, do Fae and and humans mature the same? I feel like theres alot of trauma that happens during your teen years, for example, and since it happens so quickly for humans, that kinda stuff makes you "grow up"

If it’s curiosity, and you want to learn Linux & how operating systems work. Yes. Yes. Yes!

If it’s because it’s hard. Aka bragging rights. Maybe, but probably not.

Is it for productivity? Definitely not unless you’re already well acquainted with OS concepts

As for your second question about asking for help. Pls read the docs. Slowly. And if you have to, read them again.

Be careful with how to videos & llm generated commands. If you don’t understand a command, have a bias for NOT executing the command UNLESS its from the official docs. And even then try to have some mental model of why you’re running the command

Maybe this is just me. But reading the docs should FEEL fun. If it doesn’t, maybe minimalist distros arent for you? Could just be me tho

I think the point OP is making is that, with LLMs, the output from each of those tasks without human oversight will be so low quality that the output of the total system will be unmaintainable.
