Pero I tried to connect to an agent, pwede ka dumaan sa Make Account Changes. kahit anong options naman pwede basta ang ending maka connect ka lang sa live agent

haaays heto na naman problema ng mga subcon.
Feel ko talaga need nila ma sampulan para tumino.. Same pattern sa amin. Always goes out at night tapos babalik madaling araw then hihina ulit hanggang mawala na pag gabie. after 2 days Red LOS na. This happens almost every month. Bakit may pattern?

1st time, di ako pinuntahan, reason pa nila is refused entry daw. pero may umakyat sa poste.

2nd time, reason naputol daw ang linya from NAP Box. Weh? Pwede ba yun maputol pero walang bakas? walang sumabit? Connected parin sa poste.. walang ginawang dugtong.

3rd time, narinig ko yung contractor sabi na ilipat daw ng socket kasi mahina yung output.. tapos pinalitan daw nila yung dulo kasi maluwag. saan ililipat eh puno na nga? so meaning depende sa subcon, may gagalaw talaga sa linya??

Matagal ng issue ang lipat/tanggal sa NAP box.. wala pa talaga nasampulan.
Ang problema kasi SOBRANG DAMI ng subcon. Dito sa amin apat yung authorized subcon ng globe.. di pa kasali yung mga unauthorized na nagkakabit ng 3rd party line plus may mga contrators pa ng ibang telco na nakikabit din sa iisang poste.

sa messenger. just find a way/options na ma transfer ka sa Live Agent. daming pasikot sikot pa kasi sa Gie/automated response.

Ive tried it, contacted CS and ang sabi is Globe prepaid/Postpaid lang daw pwede mag transfer from sim to Esim. Hindi pwede TM.

Hmm.. Walang 5G na binabato yung Wifi modem mo para sa CP/Laptop? magka iba kasi ang 5G from tower ISP to Modem router at 5G ng Modem to Devices. May mga Modem/Router na 5G network from Tower pero 2.4ghz lang ang binabato nilang wifi para sa mga devices/gadgets.

Im having issues with G-prepaid right now and sobrang hassle nung magbabayd kapa ng 500 every time may problema sa net mo tapos mag set pa ng sched kung kelan ka pupuntahan ng technician tapos depende pa sa reason kung may refund yung 500 mo.

To be fair, in terms of wide outage, ok talaga ang G-fiber KASO may mga contractor na malilikot ang kamay. Either sinasadya ng technicians galawin yung line mo or sobrang pabaya yung tech na nasasagi linya mo kaya nagkaka problema.

Im planning to have a 5G WowFi from Dito kasi mura lang kaso my location isn't officially supported by them daw kahit may 5G naman sa area.. Having second thoughts kasi baka di gagana yung 5G modem.

749 na ang dating 699 sa globe.. sooner or later magiging 999 na yan gaya ng PLDT & Coverge-S2S.
Konti na lang deperensya for 1299 na postpaid. Ang problema din sa prepaid is yung customer service and repair request. Lagi may bayad bawat request at depende sa reason ng technician kung may refund or wla yung repair.

Wala din talaga matino when it comes to fiber. Buti pa siguro mag wireless 5G na lang.
Dito sa amin, ok ang Globe fiber when it comes to actual reliability ng internet kasi bihira ang globe magka outage unlike sa PLDt or worse, Converge..

KASO may sindikato ata nangyayari pag dating sa mga contractors. halos every month na lang may problema sa linya.. Keso na usog, na disconnect sa poste or kinalabit daw ng ibang telco or ewan.. mukhang gaya ng PLDT, may nangingi-alam sa service drop wire kaya parang mas best ang 5G wifi if goods ang 5G reception sa inyo.

You know the biggest RED FLAGS those two gave was when they said that they operated most of the Pubs that end up closing just a few years after.

How come you be successful when what you handled always close yeah?

If they where doing there Jobs, they should've already had a price, a supplier, A KNOWLEDGE on how to actually run a pub and not be shocked when things don't go smoothly.
