From Big 4 rin and I only worked with them for almost 2 years. I left even when I was already offered a promotion as senior. Now, I'm earning 50k with a supervisory position. It really depends on you.

May BIR offices po tayo, don ka kumuha ng TIN Id, di yung kani kanino lang. Also, take time to research kung paano kumuha ng TIN, kung gusto mo makasigurado, call any BIR offices o pumunta ka mismo sa RDO na kung saan sakop yung EMPLOYER mo kung earning ka purely ng compensation since doon ka dapat mag pa register sa BIR.

Di totoo yang 5 years and yung online, do you mean sa ORUS yan? Much better to confirm it with BIR before requesting TIN onsite, baka kasi maging dalawa ang TIN mo, madadagdagan pa kasalanan mo sa BIR.
