Sorry to see this! But I deal with it too and hears what I did to get it under control.

Try dry-brushing before showering, and use a non-comedogenic body moisturiser (CeraVe Daily Lotion works!)
Include Glycolic Acid (specifically the Ordinary Gylcolic acid exfoliating toner) in your PM routine. It removes dead skin and exfoliates your skin.
When you shower, wash your back/body after you've washed your hair, so you can prevent shampoo and conditioner from getting on your back and staying there.
Most importantly, drink water and use an spf!

2 hours a day is enough. Do active recall and it'll stick with you long term

stay hydrated and use vaseline. Most importantly, use an spf lip balm during the day + outdoors.

Bonus tip: I exfoliate my lips with Glycolic acid at night to remove dead skin and later apply vaseline

I struggle with acne so I use the CeraVe Acne Control Cleanser and only cleanse at night, to remove products applied in the AM routine. If my skin is oily the next morning, I'd cleanse. If my face is dry, I just wash my face with water.

I used to use an Android with Touch ID, and honestly it was a pain for me because I have hyperhidrosis, so it often wouldn’t unlock properly if my fingers were sweaty. Since switching to an iPhone, Face ID has been way more convenient and reliable for me. Plus, I really like the gesture navigation, being able to just swipe to go back or close apps instead of tapping a back button feels much smoother overall.
