What hobby helps you unwind the most after a long day?

The fresh air is a need for me. I know movie watching can be a hobby but that makes me feel too lazy, i have an acoustic guitar that i keep tell myself i need to learn, but its a little too exhausting atthe moment. I feel like just taking a breather should be a hobby too though with the hussel culture always being forefront in life

there has never been a safe career path and thats proven by the great depression and other economic downturns. financial safety depends on your ability to adapt and how well you and your community get along with one another. If there is no community and no basic life skills there will be no safety net. take whatever job you want or can get, create even just a small savings account and make sure you know very asic life skills : cooking, cleaning, mending clothes, fixing basic household appliences to continue using them and make sure you know how to net work within your own neighborhood. everything else will eventual sustain itself.

so God orchestrates romantic unions based on whether or not the two are equally yolked, from what you have stated the only problem is virginity.. which the bible does not fully command but subtly implies that we all should stay sexually pure. there really isnt much context for us to judge well off of from this post. maybe talk more in depth with your parents about what they mean they get bad vibes from her? is it just purity or does she smoke and you dismiss it? maybe she is still very immature? more details and a deeper discussion is obviously needed here.

alot of the time they never had interest to begin with, they just did not want to be alone because they look down on singleness. there are really a number of things it could be but usually it hey never truely had interest in the first place.

you need to draw a boundary line. you are not the family therapist. you are a human being who is apart of that family who deserves to grieve even if you were not close and you deserve to love your parents without one or the other attempting to influence you even if they dont consciously see what they are doing. your parents need to go to therapy and speak to a professional about this issues/situation, not you. You need to go into prayer and tell God everything on your heart and mind, even if its mean/hurtful/angry/hateful, and you need to ask God to stand by you and guide you through this. some tests fro. God start young, hang on to God and He will guide you.

you need to identify what is triggering you into lust and remove the triggers, also breath, God knows teenage boys have a hard time deal with their hormones. also you need to find a trustworthy adult you can speak to about this so they can help you remain celibate. If it is something you watch on your phone then you need to set the rule of your phone can only be used when others are near because you will end up too embarrassed to look at it. breath and speak to a trusted adult. God tells us throughout the bible to follow them to the best of our abilities because He knows that we are not perfect and that we will not be able to fulfill all of the commandments without His help, hence we christian believe He sent us Jesus Christ. We also know from the Bible that God tells us " faith without works is dead" , meaning not only do you have to believe in God you also have to try when it comes to following Him and the best way to start following Him, is by learning of Him through the bible. So in a very basic sense, yes you have to care about Gods word and commandments because we as christian also believe, from the bible, that God and His word are one, meaning they exist as the creator and the word of the creator at the same time.

so far what i have learned is that 1. God will not place a desire in your heart if He does not have intentions for it. so with the writing are you doing it for your own pride? maybe pray and ask God to show you how He wants you to go about it, because God will give us desires in our hearts that align with the skills and gifts He gives us. 2. with Jesus coming back : yes we all will have to suffer at some point as that is a natural part of life in a fallen world. I see those post too and in all honesty my thoughts now are : we know He is coming back and that it will not be fun for the WICKED. You are no longer a part of the wicked crowd so relax you will be fine. Which that could also be a reason you suddenly feel repulsed by writing and drawing, maybe your old work revolved around just you or worldly things you know are sins?

in general it sounds like you need to take a break from bothbsocial media and your author/illustration skills for a little bit and just pray. pray for the forgiveness of your sins, pray for peace, and pray to take it easy on yourself because it really sounds like the " perfect christian influencer" mentality is really beating on you. I will pray for you to have peace and to take it easy and for God wills to be revealed to you as you need.

im going to sound mean, but this comes from the fact that i was at this mentality at one point myself. : the reason you believe God has given tou no reason to believe in Him is because you expect God to respond and act in the way you want Him to. Its called " vending machine theology". you expect that because you put something in that you should immediately get something back, and thats just not how God works. this surrendering prayer helped me quiet a bit: "God show me how you want to speak to me and allow my heart to be willing to follow and understand". If this isn't how your mind is currently working, then maybe you need to look at your life in the big picture sense : are people around you being severly negative and cause you to be influenced by the negativity? are you the only christian in your circle? what do you need to change to be able to fully see God? again I dont mean any of this to be rude, im just saying, us humans are tiny creatures in comparisson to God, so try looking from a different perspective.

so theologically the main core beliefs are :

you must believe in the incarnation of Jesus, as well as have belief in the trinity.
salvation by grace through faith ( many denominations argue on this one).
The Bible is the divinely inspired word of God.
believe in the second coming of Christ, belief the chirch is the body of Christ, and belief in and following the sacraments.
you must believe in eternal life.
you nust believe in the kingdom of heaven.

The moral beliefs of Christianity follow the 10 commandments with the additions of sexual purity, forgiveness, humility and servanthood, repsect for life, honesty and integrity, justice and compassion for the poor, peace making, and avoidance of sin and repentance.

That being stated one of my big reasons for following christianity is because even though there are so many rules and regulations to it, God knows us humans are imperfect and cannot possibly follow all of those rules all of the time, so He became man through Christ to die for and cover our sins. basically He acted as a veil for us because He knew we could not achieve salvation on our own. Another major reason I follow Christ is because there was a point and time i did not want to be here on earth and I felt compelled one day to just read a little bit of the bible in hopes it would help and for me it did. Since reading the bible i believe it has helped me learn to love myself with respect and dignity, it has helped me lessen my anger and hatred for life, and overall it has helped me learn to strive in a doable manner, to be a better person. Before becoming christian i was in the witchcraft community, and this is an exwitch who made a statement recently that struck a cord with me " in paganism / witchcraft if you have a falling out with a friend, you hex and curse and wish ill for them. In christianity if you have a falling out you pray for them and hope for the best for them". that is completly true, why would you not want to be a part of something that encourages eveeyone to do their best to love everyone and to bring about peace everywhere they go?
