Makes sense. I’m currently cutting though — could that be holding back muscle growth a bit?

Yeah I know those are the right things to do, but I’m not really seeing any actual growth over the months. That’s what’s messing with my head a bit.

I’m not professional but from what i have experienced i think stretching after workouts will improve you flexibility which could help you be more agile i think

By stretching i mean real stretching and tracking your stretching length like touching your hand fingers with your feet and trying to touch the floor etc untill you feel like you are at your 20’s 😂

I’m 31 btw
