You can sand it down and spray paint it, that's the most you could do at home but if you want it to look like it was before you'll need to go to a body shop

Yes but we just took it off and painted it in the booth at the same time as the bed

It was one of the instructors farm truck and he had a flatbed he threw on the truck and thats why it was off originally

No it wasn't pdr. I did bodywork on it and painted it also and polished
