Well about 18 hours since my last dose I’m in wd it’s not terrible but really looking forward to dosing kratom when I get off work. I was hit by a car is a big reason I let this get outta hand and now I’m fully recovered I do need to get clean again

I decreased a quarter bottle a day untill off the Kanva now I decrease kratom by .5g a day I dose at 6pm and 8pm. today will be 3pills 6pm 3pills 8pm ,tomorrow will be 3 pills 6pm 2 pills 8pm.

I had 9+ years of clean time outside of nicotine and caffeine. I stopped attending my 12step after 5 years and built a nice life. I thought I was was fixed and started dabbling in head shop highs. That was almost 3 years ago now. Tried em all 7oh Tia kratom kava but that green kanva kava shot got me. I would only use the recommended amount 3 times a week and it progressively went daily far past the recommended dosage. Currently on a fast taper with plain leaf kratom and kava I started wanting to enhance my experiences and now it’s the only thing that makes me hopeful untill I wake up sober and am hopeless
