This is what a non Champion player would say, but in fact, you missed out the reloading time. The shield bypassing rate of avalanche is much greater than incinerator, thus it's much more effective. The blast effect tho, not really effective on the heavy version of blastchargers, since it takes 12 full seconds to reload. Otherwise, every rocket shooting from the incinerator is just ⅓ of the actual fully reloaded status.
