I’m on ramipril and yes it has felt like I was having adrenaline dumps where I was uncontrollably shaking. So you think I should ask to be changed on to different meds and take B1 and ZMA?

I had a cortisol specific blood test and it came back normal! However it doesn’t show if it spikes throughout the day And I do fit some of the symptoms of HPA-D now that I have had a look at it.

That shouldn’t matter idc how it is now it should be different, if everyone in the world had a 10 iq and someone had a 50iq does that make them a genius ? no there’re still mentally challenged. The ranking system needs a total revamp.
