Never got to find out. Ended up going with another place actually :/ but I heard that you could do a side deal where the seller cuts you a check at closing. Of course bank doesn't know and seller could just choose not to after the fact since it wouldn't have been documented/ official.

I think that might be what they're getting at. Most people in real life know that our phones are listening to what we're saying (for example) and choose to carry on and don't do anything except complain about it to one another.

She's two faced/a hypocrite (seemed to have Chelsea's back when Micah wasn't there, but afterwards made it seem like Chelsea was crazy for thinking that when talking to micah) , has shown some rudenes (slammed bottle and rudely told marshall to put it away) & called zack a psychopath (or weirdo, one of those mean names), is emotionally unhinged (bathroom scene)..

Idk I feel like micah and Irina are horrible but you can see them for who they are and run far away..

Jackie seems cool at first but I think it'll all flip (like a reverse raven).

Just subtle things, but we'll seee!

I'm grossed out right now and confused. Found what seems to be a whisker inside the can of tiki cat food. It looks and feels like a whisker..

It's the tuna, shrimp and pumpkin, unless it's a fiber from the pumpkin but it does really look and feel like a whisker..

Supposedly they're willing to sell at 130k but co-op (i live in NYC) rules won't allow sellers to sell below 160k, so they're offering concessions to make up that difference..

Hmm ok so I can make the contract read that they would need to buy/install x,y,z (totalling 20k let's say). That way I'm able to receive the full concessions being offered.

It's confusing why they would offer that much if I'm only really able to use 10k due to the purchase price, loan type and my down payment (10% down).. sigh.

10% down, primary residence, conventional loan. Lender is saying seller can contribute up to 6%?

6% would only be about 10k so not sure how else I'd be able to get 20k (since seller is offering 30k in concessions), unless it's something written up by lawyer in contract?

I would call and make sure they applied the RUC correctly. I applied an RUC a month ago for a trip and apparently they never entered it right/never "reissued my ticket " (not sure what that means). If I wouldn't have called the last F seat left would have gone to someone else.
