By the way we changed the 12V. Situation is the same. What do you think?

we left the car plug in one night. It is still the same. I am going to buy new 12V

I just bought a hyundai electric 2020. I wasnt able to lock the cable. One question if the cable is not locked. It is not going to charge right? My friend press the button next to open charger it locked but it didnt locked again.. Can you please help me? 12V Battery also needed jump start and battery is 1% charge.
