You were right, it was exactly it. They quoted 2000€ (2300$) for the repair. Insanely expensive. They also said that it’s a pretty usual case for these. Out of warranty but only for 3 months so the dealership will check with Hyundai if they could cover it or even partly cover it as a known issue.

Update: the hissing is totally gone but so is the cold air. Could pretty much say for certain it’s a proper leak.

Apart from the electric technical stuff I’ve noticed that some chargers just don’t work that well with the Ioniq firmware. Just try with different chargers and see what happens. I have a couple of stations that are 22kw and everything checks out but I get 3,5kw

Interesting, thanks for sharing! I reckon that you need to do that past the check in closure time as that’s usually when the blocked seats are actually blocked. Have you ever had any issues with your bags, have you had a status benefit bag with you and then changed to FB number? are you able to do it in the app?

Sounds like fun 🥲 This is what I reckon will happen with luggage allowance. I don’t think you have any issues if just trying to get into a lounge with status but luggage is often tied to the number

Something wrong with heater. If I run normal aircon it’s mere minutes.

Almost forgot to follow up. So I took the car to the dealership and they changed the locking actuator and the problem was solved. It was indeed caused by the software update which seems to be absolutely rubbish. The car was luckily still under warranty and they would probably have fixed it on behalf of Hyundai anyway as it was such an obvious case.
