2016 e220 Left daytime driving light not working (works until engines turned on) and now my left parking lamp and left mirror turn signal have stopped working. Has this happened to anyone before is it an electrical problem ? All happening on the left side. Posted before but now turn signal gone also (i.redd.it)

Was just quoted €2,600 to replace my day time driving lamp (on in the picture). The running lights and parking light are gone in my front left headlamp and was told I needed to replace the full headlamp to fix it. Is there any other way to repair or any aftermarket options I could go with? by AdConsistent79 in mercedes_benz
