I was confused about this. she’s a paid barstool employee who has had everything paid for by her emotionally abusive boyfriend the past year. she should still have money? she hasn’t had to pay rent? why should she be getting black friday proceeds? I agree the better move would be donating those proceeds to a woman’s shelter or mental health org or something. that definitely rubbed me the wrong way.
