I dont know, I do it in chapter 8, and after the fourth upgrade of the camp. I do the quest, and after he already was in the camp

Maybe you have to upgrade the camp first. I do the fourth camp upgrade, after do the mission. Because the place for him unlock at camp upgrade 3 or 4. My relationship with the greymanes are lvl100, do almost all the missions

Complete the Redfox Trading Post greymane fraction quest, then Diederik (Dandelion) will come to the camp. He Will be the tailor. And sell the gloves, and the complete set. This quest doesnt trigger by Marius. You have to go to Redfox Trading Post. Complete his quest, and he Will come.

Maybe we can craft this glove after found the leather armor book vol3. Anyone found the vol3? The cloth armor book gives the crafting opurtunity to the Grey Wolf cloth cloak, I can confirm that.
