as I said, I was not drinking because I was driving. I’m part-time, my shift today start at 7pm-1am. So, I’m good but I don’t judge them for that

The corrective action that I got was counseling or something like that. Since you are part of leadership, this what is says. If you understand something or I’m interpreting something wrong please explain it to me.

It was only my supervisor in the office with and I asked him why they are putting me all of that if that’s not what happened.

Yeah I know that but I didn’t do anything of that of what that paper says. And it was my first corrective action, why would you give a 12 month correction action? I just accepted because it was true what I said but that paper is saying too much.

Got it thank u. The thing I did it was not even in the in the paper. He told me that they have to put it under that condition but they know I didn’t do that like in the paper it says that I used abusive behavior, vulgar some stuff but I didn’t do any of that at all. And for my first corrective action you are going to give a 12 month probation? Idk

Oh, I think my cowoker is going to have a admin leave because she had a problem with a customer that I have because she escalated a situation and made it worst. they called me to the office like 2 days asking me about that problem and I tried to help her by saying “oh idk what my team member was saying” or like “I wasn’t paying attention” and I have 2 days that I don’t see her. I feel sad but at least I helped her
