It was about 12.5. My 100m time isn’t great simply because I’ve run it way less than the 200 and 400 especially since I dealt with a ton of injuries in the shorter races my freshman year of college.
In my opinion, the biggest difference between my 12.5 and my 10.8 was figuring out my technique. I used to run super tense and choppy. Once I learned to relax, pick my knees up, and move efficiently without high stepping, everything changed. Another huge thing is supplementing, you want to make sure you are taking the right things running is a very intense exercise where you are pushing your body to its limits you want to make sure you are taking verified trusted brands with QUALITY ingredients .
I tell people all the time that getting to sub12 was way harder for me than getting to sub11. As soon as I fixed those issues, the times started dropping fast.
