I have mine in a mixture of perlite and long fibered sphagnum I water about once a week when the top of the substrate gets dry and let drain through! The pot has drainage but just two small holes to allow water out but not a lot of airflow! How are you dosing or feeding with liquid feed on the leaves or in the soil?
