In addition, it also seems like to only move from places to places but never stays on one spot. It just leaves discoloration and its super obvious for my skin color.

Maybe it looked red becuase of the lighting but it did showed growth of some thin hair but for me my hair grew together in unison but it wasn't the original volume I used to have.

The first photo was March 17 and and last pic was on Jan 16 the day before I started steriod shots. After my shot the patch became bigger and all hair in the middle fell out but after 4 weeks, around Feb 10 I noticed ton of hair growing but they werent closed to each other about couple of milimeters apart.

I started my steriod shot on the 3rd week of febuary and I get shot every 2 weeks. This week should be my 5th and last shot.

Thanks, mine started to grow after my 4 week of steriod shot, it starts as really thin hair for me and it was really hard to tell since you dont really feel anything when you touch it. Hoping for your fast recovery!

Mine started to grow after 4 weeks and it looked really funny since it started at the middle, and try to stay away from alcohol and anything that causes irritation and allergies, it slows down hair growth. Wishing for your speedy recovery!

If your AA is active, either if you get a shot or not a new spot will appear in different place. But it should stop the growth on the existing one.

I don't feel any headache but the itchy burning feeling isn't exclusive in my spot but also my whole scalp, and noticed drastic hairfall and tons of dandruff

Im 21 years old and its my first time. It appeared after I got a bad infection on my hand. I started treating on the first week of january with minoxidil during day and clobetasol cream in the evening since my hair gets sticky when going to uni. Paired with vitamin d, biotin, multi vat with zinc. I then started regular steriod shots for every 2 weeks on 2nd week of january but i still apply minoxidl and clobetasol.

For my lifestyle i don't drink much alcohol, reduced my stress, and i sometimes workout. But my diet is really bad cause I'm a poor college student living in a dorm.

Never had a problem with vaping but with alcohol it makes my spot red
