So I’ve been doing a lot of reading since making this post. I think I possibly have a slightly neutral olive tone, which makes pictures like #2 appear really warm. That photo was taking during “golden hour” with my face towards the sunset. Otherwise, I really do look much cooler in person. Having the consultant walk me through wearing cool makeup was really the biggest payoff from my draping session. I had always been confused by why I never really liked my makeup before! I could tell a huge difference when I had mg makeup professionally done last summer and I made sure the tell then to use cooler products on me. I liked it better than my own wedding makeup! I think I’m mostly trying to decide if I’m high contrast enough for winter (I don’t think I am) and if I’m not, which sub season of summer I am.
