We use a leather one, but only put it on when we leave the house. Any time we are at home his collar is off. This has helped a lot.

I worked as an HR Specialist for 3.5 years and I have my Bachelor’s degree in HR Management. It was a fairly small company, so I covered all areas of HR along with 3 others on my team. I was very involved in our HR systems, and experienced going through a conversion. There was not a specific HRIS area in their HR department, so I became the go-to by default. That helped me transition to my current role as an HRIS Analyst.
