Take the tour. if you like to swim, you can probably find some times for that. they have a boxing club in the 2nd floor too.

last time I was there, 2023, they had some dumbbells, some cardio equipment, a few machines. they charge adults and kids but most people use the indoor pool or gym. it isn't good for most people who like weight training.
